We have all either looked for or thought about a new way of life that would enhance our current existence. Cima Estelar (Stellar Heights) affords me that opportunity.

 

Currently composed of approximately 35 acres (14.5 hectares), the property is strategically located in the Central Valley of Costa Rica in the town of Santiago de Puriscal. 

 

It enjoys significant and simultaneous views of both the Pacific ocean and the Central Valley - a true rarity in Costa Rica. It has been described by many of the local Ticos as the place that one can experience the most beautiful views in all of Costa Rica. While many visitors have a penchant for the beautiful beaches in Costa Rica, they soon realize that the excessive heat, stifling humidity and massive crowds are not a way of life one becomes adjusted to easily. The mountains of Puriscal offer a rewarding respite with a year round mean temperature of 75 degrees Fahrenheit. It rarely vacillates 10 degrees higher or lower. Due to Costa Rica's proclivity to the equator, the sun is always intense but the temperatures of the mountains of Cima Estelar enable one to remain constantly comfortable at the 3,500 foot elevation. Just 1 hour to the San Jose Airport (SJO), Cima Estelar is a quiet haven conducive to rest, relaxation and reward. The property is complimented with coffee plants, banana, lime, orange, and avocado trees and a myriad of thousands of trees. We have been working on the infrastructure of Cima Estelar since 2007. 

 

Roads, water management, and underground electricity are also integral parts of assuring Cima Estelar is not only an enhancement of a new way of life for one, but a lifetime improvement of the earth and its surroundings for many in the years to come.
